Baby Cradle / Cradle Controller

The group has designed, prototyped and transferred to manufacturing a baby's cradle that moves in a motion that emulates a mothers intrauterine environment.   The unit was originally marketed under the name 'Nature's Cradle'.   We developed the cradle controller electronics, firmware and the manufacturing tester.   The controller was designed for mass production in China or Mexico and came in on time and on budget.   The unit is controlled by an Philips P89C51RC2 microcontroller.

Currently, the team is redesigning the cradle hardware and mechanical system for Parentech.  The mechanical system has been redesigned to be more robust for a lease model product.
